Olivia Wang is an award-winning actress, producer, intercultural and public-spirited performing arts practitioner. She is a versatile performer with a background in both Chinese and Australian performing arts, encompassing screen, theater, and stage. As a screen actress, Olivia Wang has won Actress In A Leading Role in International Independent Film Awards, best actress awards at Thilsri International Film Festival, Athvik Varuni International Film Festival, Rohip International Film Festival and Thilsri International Film Festival, as well as the finalist at New York International Film Awards and Top Shorts film festival. Her recent project Wake Her Up has achieved wide acclaim, boosting the profile of actor Olivia Wang. To date, Wake Her Up has been selected in 25 international film festivals, finding large enthusiastic audiences, across North America, Europe, Oceania and Asia. As a stage performer, Olivia is the first actor to perform Chinese Australian cross-cultural physical theatre on stage, taking on lead roles in several productions. She has performed in renowned venues like La Mama and various prestigious Australian arts festivals, with her works selected in acclaimed live broadcasts, captivating audiences and becoming some of the local scene's most popular shows.
