Micaela Hernández, Acting
Micaela Suárez is a Mexican multidisciplinary artist born in August 2000. Wtith a degree in Performing Arts for Theatrical Expression from the University of Guadalajara, she has developed a remarkable career in various fields, including contemporary dance, body theater, lyrical singing, and film acting. In 2022, she was nominated for Best Mexican Actress at the Playa del Carmen Queer Film Festival for her role in "When the Afternoon Falls", directed by Lilian Mendoza. That same year, she was part of the "CON-SENTIR" season, a spontaneous theater project for adolescents directed by Lu Mendoza. In 2023, she continued her trajectory with roles in short films such as "By Blood" (directed by Dara Marroquí) for the UNEDEL Film Festival, "Mirrors" (directed by Angélica Hernández), "Chafona but Well-Produced" (mini-series directed by Natalia Martínez), and "Illuminating Blue" (directed by Itzia Rentería).
